Ashley Mahan
Ashley was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. Her love for volleyball started in her very first year playing club volleyball at 12 years old. Ashley attended and played volleyball at San Antonio Christian School and her senior year received an athletic scholarship from Ranger Junior College, where she played for 2 years.
After graduating with an associate’s degree, Ashley transferred to Tarleton State University. She graduated in 2019 with a BS in Kinesiology. Shortly after graduating Mahan became the assistant volleyball coach at Ranger College, where she helped coach two great seasons. In May 2021, she received her master’s degree in Kinesiology. This will be Ashley's third season coaching at Ignite and she is so excited for the season!
