Maddie Slaughter
Maddie is a San Antonio native where she attended Madison High School graduating in 2015. She then went on to play Division I volleyball for the Univeristy of the Incarnate Word. Maddie graduated from UIW with her BBA in Sport Management where she then spent 3 years working in the University Admissions office before making her way back to coaching.
Maddie spent the last several years teaching and coaching at the middle school and high school level, and is currently the Varsity Volleyball Coach and Athletic Coordinator for Great Hearts Northern Oaks. She is excited to join the Ignite staff and is looking forward to a fun season!
When she’s not coaching, Maddie loves to spend time with her husband Travis, their dog Rocky, and their two cats Opie and Pepper!
